1. 14‑Day No‑Reason Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
2. Refund Processing Time
We will initiate your refund within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds typically appear in your original payment account within 3–7 business days; some banks or regions may take up to 15 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for reference.
4. Special Notes for PayPal Refunds
For orders paid via PayPal, refunds are initiated immediately after return confirmation and are expected to reach your PayPal account within 14 days.
In certain countries or regions, local regulations allow PayPal up to 30 days to complete the refund process; actual timing is subject to PayPal’s policies.
5. Return Procedure
Email [email protected] within the 14‑day return window, including your order number and stating your return request (you may simply write “no reason”).
Customer service will reply within 1 business day with the return address and packing instructions.
Ship the item back at your own cost and email us the tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect the package, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Requests made after the 14‑day return period;
Items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or otherwise compromised;
Customized items or products marked “Final Sale.”
